The
above prices are in New Zealand dollars and is subject to
change and availability. All fees do not have to be paid in full at time of booking.
We recommend that you pay for your season pass and one
weeks accommodation and transport as booking fee first.
The balance must then be paid by the above cut of date.
We must receive payment for your season pass and be
able to confirm this by 5pm NZ time on the cut of date in
order to purchase your season pass at the discounted rate.
The above price includes accommodation and Transport,
inclusive of Power, Gas, Firewood, Water,
Local Phone Calls, Free
Internet, and Free Laundry
(gasoline is not included)
The accommodation is room share, usually two people
per room although it is possible to book from one person.

Payment.
Telegraphic transfer is the preferred way or direct
credit in to our bank account, cash is also accepted.
Any bank fees associated with the transaction at the
payees end must be paid by the customer.
Booking fee
Booking fee, one week is to be paid to confirm your
booking.
This is non refundable, please confirm the duration
of stay and number of people before making your booking.
Changes
If any changes are required after your booking, a charge
will apply.
Cancellations
If you cancel we cannot refund the season pass fee or
the booking fee.
After full payment has been made the following charges
will apply to
the total price excluding the booking fee and season
pass.
10% cancellation fee if cancelled before 1 May.
20% cancellation fee if cancelled before 1 June.
50% cancellation fee if cancelled after the ski field
opens.
100% cancellation fee if cancelled after departure.
(We recommend an insurance policy to cover you against any cancellations).
In some cases we may credit our services back to you
or a friend of your choice in the event of injury, sickness,
or family illness. In this case there will be no cancellation
fee!
Wanaka-House has the right to make the decision based
on evidence supplied.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the price.
We recommend that you take out an insurance policy before
arriving in New Zealand to cover you against cancellation
of travel, injury, sickness, damage or loss to your
property, and anything else you may like to have covered.
